Here are some common questions about our services and holistic health practices.

Your first visit typically lasts about 60-90 minutes, allowing us ample time to understand your health history and concerns thoroughly.

Please bring any recent medical records, a list of current medications and supplements, and any questions you have about your health.

We want to understand what your destination is and help you get there with regard to your health. Our goal is to empower you to better health and faster recovery from illness and give you the tools to continue to maintain your health freedom.

You certainly have the option to apply this care under a health savings program; however, we do not directly work with insurance.

1. Because they can dictate what we can and cannot do, and you already have that in the conventional medical care system;
2. We help you maintinain a well supported body and reach your optimal health goals. Think of it this way, it makes sense to have medical insurance just like you would have insurance for your home or car: for big repairs, (like surgeries, diagnostics, emergencies); but just like you would not use your insurance for necessary maintenance on your car or home, this kind of medical care is not covered medical insurance.

Every individual’s journey is unique. Some people experience improvements quickly, while others may take more time. We’ll work closely with you to monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
